OmegAmino operates within the laws and regulations that apply to the supply of laboratory research materials. What follows sets out the status of what we sell and the limits on its use.

Research use only

Everything listed on this site is supplied for laboratory research and nothing else. None of it is approved by the FDA for use in people or animals, and none of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

By placing an order the buyer confirms that:

• they are a qualified researcher;
• the materials will be used only in controlled research settings; and
• the materials will not be consumed by people or animals.

Regulatory position

Our materials are not drugs and not dietary supplements, and they are not offered for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. We do not present, label or describe them as anything other than research reagents, and we operate on that basis under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

What the buyer is responsible for

• Knowing and following the local, state and federal law that applies to them.
• Confirming they are legally entitled to buy and hold research materials.
• Storing, handling and disposing of those materials properly and safely.

We do not give medical guidance and we do not provide dosing instructions. Everything published here, in our correspondence and on our product pages is informational and educational, and must not be read as medical advice.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or over to buy from OmegAmino. Placing an order confirms that you meet that requirement.

Labelling

Shipments carry labelling appropriate to their contents, including the product name, “For Research Use Only”, and “Not for Human or Veterinary Use”.
