This site is owned and run by Omegamino, LLC (“Omegamino”, “we”, “us”). The terms below govern how you may use it and what applies to anything you buy through it. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site or its services.
Everything we sell is supplied for qualified institutional laboratory research. None of it has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for therapeutic or diagnostic use of any kind. Sale is strictly for laboratory research or comparable controlled investigational settings.
Our materials must never be consumed, administered or applied to people or to animals. That prohibition covers ingestion, injection, inhalation and topical application, and equally covers working them into food, cosmetics, supplements or medicines. Any suggestion by a customer or a third party that an item is fit for human use breaches these terms outright.
We may refuse or cancel any order, and block further purchasing, where we have reason to think a buyer has misstated their intended use, is trying to obtain materials for human application, or is not a genuine research operation. To reach that judgement we may review internally: ordering patterns, delivery details, and publicly available information about the buying entity. Activity of that kind may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
You must be 21 or over to purchase. Placing an order is your confirmation that you are legally entitled to receive, hold and handle restricted research materials under all applicable federal, state and local law, and that you are buying on behalf of a licensed institution, laboratory, university or registered business carrying out lawful scientific work.
Buyers are expected to know the correct handling procedures and to hold the certifications or institutional oversight needed to store, work with and dispose of these materials safely. Unauthorised use, or use departing from approved research applications, is a breach of these terms.
You acknowledge that this agreement is supported by reasonable and valuable consideration, receipt and adequacy of which are conclusively acknowledged, including your ability to buy from this site and to access its services. You confirm you have the capacity to be bound by it, and where you act for a company or another person or entity, that you are authorised to bind them.
We dispatch only to addresses inside the United States and do not accept international orders. Placing an order confirms that the delivery address is a valid United States location belonging to a qualified research organisation. Attempts to work around this may result in cancellation.
We accept cryptocurrency. All orders are paid in crypto. An order is not complete until payment has been processed and verified. All transactions are in United States dollars.
Before accepting or fulfilling an order we may verify your identity, your payment details, your institutional affiliation and your intended use. Where there is reason to suspect fraud, non-compliance or misuse, we may hold the order until the position is confirmed, or cancel it.
Orders normally leave us within one business day of verification. Risk passes to the buyer once the carrier takes possession. Delays or damage caused in transit are not our responsibility, though we will help resolve them where we can.
Buyers are responsible for supplying complete and correct delivery information. We are not liable for parcels lost or misdelivered because the details given at checkout were wrong.
A return is possible only where the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, and you must request authorisation within 14 days of delivery. Items sent back without authorisation, or not in original condition, may be refused or disposed of with no refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method once the item has been inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return arises from our mistake. Where a shipment is defective or incorrect, contact us within five business days of receipt so we can put it right.
Everything is supplied “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, stability, efficacy or suitability of any item for a particular research objective.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our materials or of this site. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item the claim concerns.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omegamino and its affiliates against all claims, losses and costs, legal fees included, arising from your breach of these terms or from any misuse of materials bought here.
The text, images, logos, product data and software on this site belong to Omegamino and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Illinois. Any dispute arising from them or from the site must be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Illinois, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms at any time, and the current version will always be published here. Continuing to use the site once a revision is posted means you accept it. Should a court find any part unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
